Questions we get asked
How are your international courier charges calculated?
Our rates go by weight slab. Each country has a price for 1 to 5 kg parcels, and from 6 kg a per-kg rate that drops as the weight goes up (6–10 kg, 11–15 kg, 16–20 kg and 21 kg+). We charge on actual or volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000), whichever is higher. See every slab on our rates page.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship from Chennai to 45 countries including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE and the Gulf, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and most of Europe. For other countries, call or WhatsApp us and we will check the best option.
Can I drop my parcel at your office or get it picked up?
You can bring your parcel to our office at Ekkatuthangal, Chennai (Monday–Saturday, 10 am – 8:30 pm). Call or WhatsApp +91 95436 72288 to arrange a pickup.
What documents do I need to send a parcel abroad?
A copy of the sender’s ID (Aadhaar, passport or PAN), the receiver’s full address with postcode and phone number, and a list of the items with their approximate value. Business shipments also need an invoice and GST/IEC details. We help you fill in the customs paperwork.
Can I send food items, sweets or pickles?
Most countries accept home food such as snacks, sweets, pickles and spices when it is sealed, dry and well packed. Some destinations do not accept food at all (for example Kuwait and Bahrain), and meat, dairy and fresh produce are restricted almost everywhere. Ask us before you pack.
What is a duty-paid service?
On duty-paid services (Europe Duty-Paid, Canada Duty-Paid and UAE Duty Paid) the destination duties and taxes are included in our price, so the receiver does not have to pay customs charges on arrival.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your parcel is dispatched we share the tracking number with you. You can also message us on WhatsApp at any time for an update.
